Happy 2 1/2 Birthday Tyler

I will post the recap of our awesome weekend Rome trip later this week. Tomorrow is my last day at work so I need to do a bit tonight to close everything out. For now, just a quick post to wish Tyler a happy 1/2 birthday. Today he's closer to 3 than 2 and boy is he acting like it!  I'm amazed and amused daily how much he's learning and growing. We made a chocolate chip cookie cake together to celebrate and he was so excited. While we were lighting the candles he was kicking his feet back and forth saying, "I'm so excited! I'm so excited!"  He blew out all the candles in just two tries and he loved the cake and us singing to him.
